A. Information You Give Us Directly
- Name, email address, phone number, and billing details when you sign up or contact us
- WordPress site URL and any login credentials you voluntarily provide so we can perform work on your site
- Messages, files, screenshots, or other content you submit through tickets, live chat, or email
B. Information Collected Automatically
- IP address, browser type, device information, and time zone
- Pages visited on wplive-support.com and interaction data (via cookies and Google Analytics)
- Payment processor data (handled exclusively by Stripe – we never see or store your full credit card number)
C. WordPress Site Data (Only When You Grant Access)
- Temporary admin access to your site (which we remove immediately after completing the job)
- Database backups and files created during support tasks (stored encrypted and deleted 30 days after your subscription ends unless you request otherwise)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the support and maintenance services you paid for
- To communicate with you about your tickets and account
- To process payments and prevent fraud
- To improve our website and services (anonymized analytics)
- To send occasional service updates, security alerts, or renewal reminders (you can opt out anytime)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

- We maintain SOC 2-level security practices and conduct regular penetration testing
6. Data Retention
- Account data: kept while your subscription is active + 12 months
- Support tickets & messages: 3 years (for quality and dispute resolution)
- Temporary site credentials: deleted immediately after task completion
- Backups created for you: deleted 30 days after subscription ends (unless you ask us to keep them longer)
7. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and beyond)
You may at any time:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Export all data we hold about you
- Revoke site access instantly from your client dashboard
- Request permanent deletion of everything (including backups)
- Opt out of non-essential emails

8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for login and functionality, plus optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser at any time.
